Minimum booking is 4 nights but during Festive Seasons (Christmas/New Years) it is 7 nights.

 

A 50% deposit confirms the reservation.

The balance is due 60 days before check-in.

We accept Zelle, Venmo or credit cards.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Full refund issued if reservation is canceled 60 days

before check-in (less any payment fees).

After 60 days, future stay credit will be issued at rack rate.

 

RATES:

Villa Option One starting at $1300/night 

 Villa Option Two starting at $1600/night, 

 Villa Option Three starting at $1800/night 

Villa Option Four starting at $2400/night

(rates do not include 13% VAT tax)

All rates include Las Catalinas Beach Club Membership, personal concierge services,

daily breakfast & spoiling services.
